Dynamic Balancing of all of your equipment will reduce the wear and tear on your machinery. At Malloy Electric, we can handle all of your balancing needs up to 20,000 pounds. We can balance equipment right in our shop, or, with our Portable Balancing Unit, we can come directly to your facility.

HOW DYNAMIC BALANCING WORKS:
• The equipment is placed on the balancing machine stand that has probes that are hooked up to a computer.
• The equipment is then rotated on the stand.
• The rotating equipment causes data to be generated at the probes. This data is fed into the computer via the probes to indicate where and how much weight to add or take off.
• Weight can then be added or taken off of the equipment in the specified locations to balance.
