An initial cleaning and visual inspection is taken as the first step.  Then the rotor and stator are baked followed by hi-pot testing to establish the condition of the windings.  After any necessary rewinding, bearing housing and journals are repaired by the machining department.  All generators are then put through a test run with accurate speed control.  The output voltage and vibration are also checked at rated RPM.  Transportation can also be provided from our centrally located facility in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota to North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska.
