Relubrication Procedure: 182-5011 Frame, Integral-HP Motors:

Relubrication with Motor Stationary:
1. Wipe dirt from pressure grease fitting and clean dirt and debris from around the grease relief plug.
2. Remove grease relief plug and insert brush into hole as far as possible. Remove brush and wipe off grease.
3. Repeat step 2 until grease relief hole is free of old grease.
4. With the brush fully inserted into the relief hole, pump grease into the pressure grease fitting until fresh grease appears at the end of the brush or until grease has been added in the quantity indicated in the table below. Apply a suitable sealer to the threads of the relief plug, install in relief hole and tighten securely.

Relubrication with the Motor Running:
WARNING: Relubrication with the motor stationary is always recommended. If the motor must be relubricated while running, caution must be exercised to avoid contact with rotating parts or electrical wiring.

1. Do not use the brush during the relubrication procedure while the motor is running.
2. Carefuly wipe dirt from pressure grease fitting and clean dirt and debris from around the grease relief plug. Add grease until it appears at the bottom of the relief hole or until the number of pumps of the grease gun have been attained as listed in the table below.
3. Apply a suitable sealer to the threads of the relief plug, install in relief hole and tighten securely.
