You will exercise independent judgement, strong communication and develop relationships with customers. Daily activity of customer interaction involves phone calls and emails.
Electrical field experience or knowledge of electrical components is needed for anyone looking for a change but wanting to stay in the electrical industry. This is a role that depends on mechanical aptitude needed to provide great customer service.
