Electrical Inside Sales Representative
The Electrical Inside Sales Representative will interact with customers to solve problems through quoting water and wastewater projects by providing options of products and services working with the Field Sales team and within all departments of Malloy. You will exercise independent judgement, strong communication and develop relationships with customers. Daily activity of customer interaction involves phone calls and email communication.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct daily sales activities quoting projects, working with product specialists and field sales.
Perform sales reporting using CRM systems to track performance and customer engagement.
Participate in comprehensive training programs provided by Malloy, including product knowledge, safety protocols, and sales techniques.
Engage actively with customers to manage existing relationships.
Work with the Field Sales team and Sales Manager to provide technical support and solutions.
Abide by all safety/environmental rules and regulations of Malloy and customers.
Perform other functions as necessary.
Skills / Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Vocational technical training – Electrician, Electronics Technician, or have completed an electrical construction or maintenance apprenticeships.
Basic proficiency in CRM, data management tools and Microsoft products.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
